PART 1:

Pastry can be defined as a part of snack that is made up of flour, sugar, butter, and water which is totally different from cake making.

Pastry is divided into two sections such as:

1. Frying pastries

2.Baking pastries

Frying pastries: these are pastries or snacks that you can fry with hot oil such as; Buns, fish pie, Egg roll etc.

Baking pastries: these are pastries or snacks that can be baked and prepared without necessary frying.

Now we cannot venture into pastry making without following certain laws and rules..
